Precision Weighing Module: Ensuring Formula Accuracy
- Comprises a top-layer mixture weigher and an under-layer mixture weigher, with weighed materials temporarily stored in a feeder for subsequent processing.
- For single-layer brake pad formulas, the system can be customized with a single weigher to optimize cost efficiency.
- Weighing precision is calibrated to meet strict industry standards, ensuring stable and consistent product performance batch after batch.
Feeder Trolley: The Connective Core of Production Continuity
As a critical link in the production line, the feeder trolley integrates multiple functions to enhance operational continuity and efficiency:
- Transports friction material trays to designated stations for material loading and retrieval.

- Grips and transfers material trays between the feeder trolley and hot pressers with high precision.

- Grips finished brake pads post-pressing and transfers them to the next production station.
- Cleans molds efficiently after pressing and returns empty trays to the initial position for reuse.
Hot Presser Module: Flexible Configuration for Diverse Needs
- The number of hot pressers is flexibly configured based on the hot pressing time requirements of different brake pad formulas—fewer pressers for short pressing cycles to avoid idle equipment, and up to 6 pressers for long pressing cycles to maximize production efficiency.
- Presser tonnage and mold cavities are fully customized according to the specific brake pad model and the pressure requirements of the formula.
